You can only write "so much" on a freeway sign. I do believe that sign was on Highway 5 in San Diego, which has a cruise ship terminal close to the airport. Both are right next to San Diego Bay. So, if you're going on a cruise, take the airport exit. DUH! Does everyone live a 1000 miles from water? The Cruise Ships sign is only stupid if you are.
